4. Adhesive application system

Nordson’s PURBlue adhesive application systems efficiently process moisture-cure reactive adhesives (PUR) in the form of two-, three- or four-kilogram foil encased slugs.  The user-friendly design allows the empty foil bags to be quickly and easily changed while graphical intuitive controls simplify programming and operation. These “melt-on-demand” systems process only the adhesive needed, reducing thermal stress and protecting bonding characteristics. A pneumatic piston maintains optimal contact between adhesive and melting grid for maximum adhesive use from each bag.

5. Sanding portable

The Eurovac II Sanding Portable is designed for operation by two technicians using orbital sanders at the same time. Features include a 2.5 HP, 1440 watt motor.  The combination of cyclone plus cartridge filter allows the vacuum unit to operate at maximum efficiency.  The primary cyclonic filtration removes 85 percent of the sanding dust before the secondary cartridge filter, resulting in a longer life and less cleaning required for the cartridge filter.  The unit includes two 25-foot vacuum hoses with airline. The motor is turned on and off automatically by air switch when tools are activated.
