1. Configurable router

The AXYZ 5000 Series CNC Router is designed to accommodate a wide range of materials and applications. The machine bed width allows the machine to process materials up to 70” wide.  Processing length starts at 120” and can be built in any 24” increment beyond that. The solidly constructed base, deck and gantry components easily allow multiple spindles, tool changers, multiple carriages and various other tooling options to be installed.  The AXYZ A2MC control system delivers Seven Segment motion control and full NC tooling control to users.

2. Nested-based applications

Thermwood has introduced a new CNC router system, called the CabinetShop 43 for nested based applications. Available from CNC Automation, the CS43 features a 61 by 121 inch fixed table, a 10 HP HSD spindle and an 11-position automatic tool changer, all at an affordable price. It offers high acceleration/high performance motions in both positioning and cutting. The system also includes Thermwood’s Gen2 Super Control and features like fully stress relieved weldments, high-end Siemens drives throughout, THK rails, three-dimensional volumetric position compensation.

3. CNC workshop

The Weeke BHX 050 Optimat from Homag offers a number of features. 4. Cost effective CNC router

5. Large guide system

The Rover A machining centre from Biesse is designed for processing door and window components, but it’s also ideal for furniture and cabinet components. Rover A features a large guide system, powerful 12-kW electro-spindle, capacious 18-location magazine alongside the X carriage, large boring block, and ATS (Advanced Table Setting). As an option, Rover A can be equipped with a dedicated horizontal router for deep mortising machining in high-production environments and around-the-clock operations.
