The 21st annual AWMAC BC Awards of Excellence continues the tradition of honouring those involved in the design, manufacture and supply of architectural woodwork.
AWMAC BC has been hosting the Awards of Excellence since 1990. The event began as an adjunct to its AGM and boasted an attendance of 20 members. From these humble roots the Awards of Excellence has grown along with their membership. From 25 member companies the chapter has grown to more than 100 manufacturer and supplier members. On Sept. 29, at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, the 2011 Awards will see more than 350 guests including members, architects, interior designers, general contractors, specification writers, suppliers and students celebrate excellence in the design, manufacture and supply of architectural woodwork.
Come and be inspired by the success of AWMAC BC members celebrating outstanding architectural woodwork projects from 2010.
Awards will be handed out in the following categories: Guarantee & Inspection Service, Overall Excellence, Education, Excellence in Design, Service & Quality and Commercial Residential.
