Hettich Canada’s newly expanded showroom is now open for business.
The company has used the summer to complete the expansion of the showroom at its Concord, Ontario offices to more than 2,000 sq. ft.
Hettich manufactures hinges, drawer systems, lighting and other related fittings for the kitchen cabinet and furniture industry and has been serving the Canadian market, from Canada, for nearly 30 years.
Hettich Canada President Mike Squizzato says they have doubled the size of their showroom to better meet customers’ needs. The expansion, along with the training centre, will enable them to showcase more products and help customers get a better feel for the latest product innovations.
The new facilities will be a boon for cabinetmakers and designers who will be able to see the latest trends and innovations in action. And the training centre allows Hettich to hold training sessions or meetings for (up to 40) customers.
“This is a great opportunity for us to showcase and train everyone from cabinet makers, dealers, distributors and designers on the latest product and hardware,” says Squizzato.
Among the many products on display in the new showroom is the latest in furniture lighting technology such as Magic lighting, which uses three state-of-the-art, ecologically minded lighting technologies in the form of LEDs, halogen bulbs and fluorescent tubes. There are also new electric drawer systems, sliding and folding hardware for closet and bedroom applications, as well as new drawer slides, drawer inserts and soft-close systems.
