HOMAG Canada Inc. is proud to announce the addition of another service technician based in the lower mainland of British Columbia.
Russell Harvey joins HOMAG’s western Canadian service team. He has more than 15 years of experience in the woodworking industry.
Russell is a mechanical engineer and his experience includes positions as plant manager, operator and service technician. He most recently worked for HOMAG Australia so he will be able to quickly transition to Canada and use his experience with HOMAG Group machinery to service HOMAG Canada customers.
The addition of a second service technician in the Vancouver area demonstrates HOMAG Canada's continued commitment to timely customer service and support. With this new position, HOMAG Canada now has six service technicians on staff in Western Canada.
All technical support, remote support and technician scheduling is handled from the western service center and showroom in Calgary, AB.
