At Richelieu Hardware's Trends Event.
More than 300 customers attended Richelieu Hardware’s recent Trends Event at the company’s Mississauga offices and showroom on Viscount Road.
Richelieu invited all of its regional customers and the design and architectural communities to discover new, innovative products from Europe and around the world.
They set up several large tents for product showcases and demonstrations and inside the offices experts ran seminars all day long.
“We had just over 300 participants,” says Rick Hurst, Richelieu’s Industrial Sales Manager, Corporate Accounts.
“Considering the weather, rain and high winds, we are very pleased with the attendance.”
The seminars - which covered everything from closets, lighting, sliding doors, Blum dynamic space, finishing and more – were extremely well received.
Hurst said most seminars were booked up early and they even had to turn some people away because of space limitations.
In order to accommodate customers from further away, they also ran a bus down Hwy. 401 from Windsor to Toronto, with stops along the way.
“Everyone had a great time filling the whole day with a mix trends and seminars,” Hurst says.
