C.R. Onsrud is calling on Michael Schwartz to spearhead the company’s sales efforts across Canada.
Schwartz brings 30+ years of experience and is a well-known face in the CNC industry.
He has held positions with Benz, Schelling America, Ackerman, and most recently was the director of business development with CNC Automation.
“This new addition to our team, will allow C.R. Onsrud to have a full-time presence, who is wholly engaged and dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse Canadian CNC machinery market,” says Matt Jenkins, marketing director with C.R. Onsrud.
Helping to grow the C.R. Onsrud brand presence within this large base of discriminating buyers will be the focus of Schwartz’s efforts for 2015.
“We have always been committed to getting our products into the Candian marketplace,” said Tom Onsrud, and added the company believes that many more opportunities will present themselves by having Schwartz based in Canada.
Regarding the move, Schwartz says, “C.R. Onsrud’s line of solid, American-made CNC products offer customers a tailored-solution, engineered specifically for the end-use they require and that is something I believe sets them ahead of other brands in the CNC industry.
“I also believe, once businesses across the country become more familiar with the quality and craftsmanship of these machines, the speed and accuracy they produce, and the level of service they will receive, this brand will become very sought after by those looking for the best in CNC.
"I am very excited to be joining C.R. Onsrud, and look forward to bringing these quality products to Canadian buyers.”
