DMT Holdings Inc. based in Seattle, Washington has acquired General International MFG Co. Ltd. and General International USA Inc.
Vice President and COO of DMT Holdings Clifford Rickmers, will oversee operations in both Canada and the U.S., with Christian Chénier continuing at General International as president and CEO and Scott Box continuing as operations manager at General International USA in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Former Co-President Gilles Guerette has retired.
This acquisition will provide General International with an injection of fresh capital, creating an exciting opportunity to further drive company growth and expand on its already successful brands and product lines.
