As with most things, the AWMAC Saskatchewan Chapter’s 5th Annual Awards looked a little different this year. Although they couldn’t hold the event in person, organizers pivoted everything online as they still wanted to acknowledge the incredible projects that were completed in 2020.
Saskatchewan AWMAC members had a lot to celebrate and the 17 nominations were all worthy of recognition.
The AWMAC Saskatchewan Chapter would like to thank all the returning judges this year and wood artist Chris Dansereau for creating the trophies. The trophies were made entirely of recycled material – yellow cedar from the newest Ghostbusters movie that was filmed near Calgary, metal leftover from a stair rail project in Prince Albert and bolts from an aviation industry auction.
