Hardwoods team wins Al Sparling Memorial golf tournament

AWMAC Ontario recently held the AWMAC Ontario Annual Al Sparling Memorial Golf Tournament at Glen Abbey Golf Club on June 3.
Fortunately the rain held off and after a cloudy morning the sun broke through for a beautiful afternoon.
The event was a big success and social distancing rules were followed throughout.
Congratulations are due to the Hardwoods team for winning the tournament with the lowest score - 15 under par.
The winning team consisted of Rob Nogas, Josh Pilo, Bryan Masson and Ken Smith.
The team earned a close second place with 14 under par from PRO PLY and its members Mick Venue, Vaughan Lavigne, Marcello Repolle and John Vaglica.
Third place with a score of 10 under par went to ROYAL WOODWORKING with their team of Steve Wilson, Al Love, Ian Rowe and Chris Black.
Congratulations to the winner of the Ladies Longest Drive, Karyna Cheng! Karyna also won the Ladies Closest to the Pin.
Congratulations to the winner of the Men's Longest Drive, Pat Graham. Mike Sanchez won the Men’s Closest to the Pin.
AWMAC offered “a huge thank you to all those who participated in this year’s event.”


Hardwoods' team won with the lowest score - 15 under par. Team members are Rob Nogas, Josh Pilo, Bryan Masson and Ken Smith.
