Decor Cabinets of Morden, Manitoba has won SAFE Work Manitoba’s 2022 SAFEty Culture Award.
SAFE Work Manitoba - a division of the WCB is dedicated to the prevention of workplace injury and illness.
Decor Cabinets has maintained its SAFE Work Certification since 2018. Employee participation in ensuring a safety culture is seen through safety improvements in their work areas through Decor’s HIRTS program (Hazard Identification & Reduction Tracking System).
Leadership at Decor plays an active role in promoting their safety culture. Safety audits are discussed in department meetings and employees are asked for feedback on how to improve.
