UCS Forest Group promotes Nancee Gelineau

UCS Forest Group has appointed Nancee Gelineau to the expanded role of chief human resource and administrative officer of UCS Forest Group.
Gelineau joined UCS Forest Group in 2018 as chief human resource officer. She is an innovator, an educator and a respected leader with 25 years of impactful leadership in human resources. Having held significant HR leadership roles with IKEA Canada, Tyco Security Products, and Johnson Controls, Gelineau's true passion is enabling people to flourish and exceed their desired goals while partnering with business leaders to influence financial performance. 
In this broadened role, Gelineau will oversee the administrative operations of the organization, while continuing her important work, leading the human resource function for UCS.

Gelineau is a certified human resources executive and executive coach, holds CHRP, CHRL and CHRE designations and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
