Rhonda Joslin
Sames North America has promoted of Rhonda Joslin to the role of marketing director for the Americas.
Joslin has been an integral part of the Sames team for more than 20 years, helping to shape and grow the marketing department into a strategic force behind the company’s success.
Her leadership has reinforced Sames’ strong market position in the wood and automotive industries while also driving expansion into new sectors such as General Industry, ACE (agriculture, construction, and earth moving equipment), and transportation.
Over the years, Joslin has evolved Sames’ marketing efforts from traditional print and trade show tactics to a comprehensive digital strategy. Her initiatives include the launch of engaging customer testimonial videos, dynamic product showcases, and impactful corporate content that have elevated Sames’ presence across social media and digital platforms.
In her expanded role, Joslin will continue to lead the North America marketing department while also supporting marketing teams in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. She will work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all regions.
Additionally, Joslin will join the executive leadership team, where her experience, creativity, and strategic insight will play a key role in driving continued growth across the Americas.
