Luca Bovalino
Luca Bovalino has been appointed general manager for Salice America and Salice Canada.
Over the course of his 25-year professional career, Bovalino has held a number of managerial positions across the entire business value chain, developing strategic plans and consistently achieving outstanding sales results. He brings with him significant experience as a general manager across various sectors, including automotive and vehicular access control.
His leadership style will focus on strengthening cohesion and collaboration within the team he will lead, in full alignment with the group’s corporate functions.
Bovalino started his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) as a Senior Consultant from 2000-2004. He specialized in business processes re-engineering for some of the top 50 multinational companies from the Fortune 500 across Europe, Asia and the Americas, with focus on efficiency and productivity increase within business functions such as logistics, production, finance & controlling, and sales & customer service.
He holds an MS in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin, Italy.
