More than 350 visitors attended the Hardwoods Toronto Open House event.
The Hardwoods Toronto Open House was a resounding success, says Gord Clough, director of marketing.
For the event - which drew a crowd of more than 350 visitors, including industrial clients, retailers, and members of the architecture and design (A&D) community - the 125,000 sq. ft. warehouse was transformed into a showcase of the company’s extensive product lines
“We are very happy with the event,” Clough says. “And any time you can attract than many people, especially these days, that’s very positive.”
The event offered a dynamic, trade show-style experience, with key vendor partners showcasing their latest products and innovations.
One of the highlights was the busy eCommerce kiosk, where dozens registered for new online accounts and placed their first orders. This strong engagement reflects growing interest in Hardwoods digital tools and streamlined ordering process.
But the event was more than just a customer showcase - it was also a powerful team-building moment. The energy and enthusiasm of the entire Toronto team were on full display. Their pride in the facility, product offerings, and customer service was evident and deeply appreciated by all who attended.
Clough says guests left impressed - not only by the scale and professionalism of the event, but also by the expertise of the Hardwoods sales team. They enjoyed gift bags, delicious BBQ, and a variety of vendor swag, making the day both productive and memorable.
