Pierre Isele has been appointed Blum Canada's managing director.
Blum Canada has announced the appointment of Pierre Isele as managing director, effective Sept. 1.
Isele is a well-known figure across the Blum organization, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in Austria, New Zealand, the Asia Pacific region, and the Americas.
Isele began his career with Blum in Austria and later supported the successful transition from partner Sanco to Blum New Zealand. He subsequently led and contributed to multiple large-scale projects across the Asia Pacific and the Americas.
During his five-year tenure at Blum USA, he served on the top-management platform, helping guide the organization through the pandemic period and beyond. Most recently, he held senior sales responsibilities at Blum Austria, where he built high-performing teams and strengthened partner networks.
“I’m honoured to join Blum Canada at such a dynamic moment for our industry,” Isele said.
“Canada’s blend of craftsmanship, design ambition, and multicultural energy is inspiring. I’m excited to work closely with our team, our customers, and our partners to deliver even greater value and service nationwide.”
Isele’s track record of building teams, driving customer success and executing complex, cross-regional initiatives makes him ideally suited to lead Blum Canada. He will focus on strengthening customer experience, expanding market collaborations, and supporting innovation across Blum Canada’s operations.
