Robin Rooker
Woodlore International has named Robin Rooker VP of business development & growths and Bjoern Henseler VP of operations.
Rooker will lead strategic initiatives focused on expanding Woodlore’s presence in domestic and international markets, developing partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
The position also includes oversight of growth-related priorities such as global expansion, funding initiatives, and long-term market development.
Woodlore said Rooker’s leadership will be key to strengthening its competitive position and supporting sustained business growth.
Rooker brings decades of experience with the company, having held a series of operational and leadership roles over more than 35 years.
He will also support key opportunities in areas such as global expansion, new revenue streams, and funding initiatives.
Bjoern Henseler
Bjoern Henseler’s role will be to strengthen operational performance and oversee day-to-day operations across the organization, with responsibility for aligning teams, improving efficiency, and supporting consistent execution as the company expands. The company indicated that his leadership will play a central role in enhancing operational performance across its manufacturing and business functions.
Henseler brings a background in wood technology and industrial engineering, with experience in factory planning, optimization, and implementation. He has held multiple leadership roles within both Woodlore and BRC Group.
