Taurus Craco Machinery has appointed Liz Aversa as its director of customer care.
In this role, Aversa will be responsible for proactively managing customer satisfaction across all areas of the business, helping ensure customers receive high level of support throughout the ownership experience.
Aversa’s appointment reflects Taurus Craco’s continued investment in customer experience as the company expands its operations across North America.
