For four days in August, Atlanta became the meeting place for the woodworking industry as IWF 2026 opened its doors.
The International Woodworking Fair was held Aug. 25-28, in three large halls at the Georgia World Congress Center and brought with it an enormous collection of machines, materials, tools, technology, designers, manufacturers, and people who shared one simple obsession: Making something extraordinary from wood.
For a first-time visitor, IWF can feel a bit overwhelming, but for everyone else it was good to get back to North America’s largest woodworking event.
And there was something to see for everyone.
From massive industrial machinery, precision woodworking systems, digital manufacturing technology, finishing solutions, tools, hardware, materials, and products designed to make woodworking faster, smarter and more precise.
