WTD's 7th edition delivered another successful industry event.
Last week saw the 7th edition of Woodworking Technology Days (WTD), presented by the Canadian Woodworking Machinery Distributors Association (CWMDA).
The four-day event, Oct. 20-23, was held at members’ showrooms, located in Mississauga, Brampton, and Vaughan and provided an opportunity for machine suppliers to showcase the latest and great technology and innovations the industry has to offer.

For the Canadian woodworking industry in general, and especially for those who do not attend international fairs, WTD is an opportunity to get up-to-date with the latest products available from leading manufacturers worldwide.
This year’s Woodworking Technology Days was particularly special,” said Ryan Akhurst, president of the Canadian Woodworking Machinery Distributors and Akhurst Machinery VP.
“Despite the political and economic uncertainties facing our industry, visitors came out in force, demonstrating the resilience and determination of Canada’s woodworking sector.

“Our exhibitors delivered an outstanding event, showcasing innovative technologies and practical solutions designed to help businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
“It was encouraging to see such strong engagement and enthusiasm for the future of our industry.
