Fabbrica Unique and Cameo Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry have announced a merger, “not to blend our identities, but to strengthen them.”
The strategic merger of these two Toronto-based companies – each with more than 40 years of experience, will form the new Fabbrica Unique Group, designed to continue to deliver top-notch products for its commercial and residential customers.
The new company will continue to produce the kind of excellence in craftsmanship they have delivered for years and in accordance with their unique strengths.
According to the announcement, Cameo will continues its bespoke residential focus on custom cabinetry and luxury interiors defined by precision and detail. And Fabbrica Unique will continue its evolution as a modern manufacturing platform that is engineering-driven, automated and delivering high-end architectural projects at scale.
Under the new name Fabbrica Unique Group, the merger brings together two specialized teams and powerhouses - each elevating each other while preserving their strengths and client bases.
“Our direction remains the same: Operate with integrity, protect the craft and raise the standard for architectural design and bespoke interiors.”
They announcement says: Two names. Two histories. One future - built deliberately.
