Biesse Canada’s Ehab Sawires and Matt Fleming review the layout of the company’s new Toronto-area showroom.

Biesse and Intermac Canada are hard at work completing the showroom and offices at their new Toronto sales and service centre.
The new, 6,500 sq. ft. facility, which is located at 3505 Laird Rd., in Mississauga, features a 5,000 sq. ft. showroom packed with cutting-edge machinery that will be powered up and ready for demonstrations.
“We are excited to bring a state-of-the-art showroom to this market,” says Matt Fleming, Biesse sales manager for Ontario and Western Canada.

“This investment will allow us to showcase both our machines, as well as our service to new and existing customers, quickly and efficiently.

“The space will double as both a showroom and training facility and as sales manager for Ontario and Western Canada, I see a lot demonstrations in our future.”
Machines have already been moved into the new facility and the next couple of weeks will see the completion of dust collection systems and final machine installation.
“I anticipate that we will be up and running in a few weeks, we will have a ‘soft opening’ then, but there will also be an official grand opening and ribbon cutting on Oct. 24,” says Fleming.
The grand opening will be part of an open house featuring seminars and application demonstrations among other things. Details are still being finalized and will be announced closer to the date.

“With this new investment in Ontario for sales and service, just five years after our new Quebec facility, Biesse Canada wants to once again show its commitment to the Canadian customers,” says Federico Broccoli, president/CEO of Biesse Canada.

He added, that with this investment and their local, experienced and well-trained sales and support staff ready to serve the Greater Toronto area, Biesse and Intermac Canada leave no doubt they take their mission very seriously.
The facility will be the new home base for about 10 employees, including sales, technical support and service.
