Held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, IDS offered three days of inspirational exhibits, influential speakers and leading products for a total design experience.
IDS shapes the industry for years to come – in North America and beyond.
It offered a selection of Canadian-made products and small-batch designers as well as many big and established names.
Following the opening party Thursday evening that saw some 5,500 participants kick off the show, Friday was Professional Trade Day reserved for professional members of the design trade. Designed to inspire, educate and expose professional products and designers, it offered new perspectives from Canadian and international designs.
Saturday’s Globe Style Day was open to the public and gave customers insider knowledge of design.
And House & Home Sunday offered a chance for consumers to hear from Canadian and international design personalities and celebrities up close and personal, along with their favourite House & Home editors.
