Anthony Murdoch has joined AWMAC to fill the new position of National Marketing & Events Coordinator.
Murdoch will assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives as well as the annual convention, and support growth efforts through marketing and administrative support.
From his beginnings as a journalist to his recent work with the Canadian Cattlemen’s Association, Alberta Sand and Gravel Association, and as a communications freelancer, Murdoch comes to AWMAC with an extensive background in communications, marketing, and public relations.
Murdoch also has international teaching experience along with a strong command of the Spanish language.
Murdoch is originally from Calgary but currently lives in the Edmonton area (Leduc). A Southern Alberta Institute of Technology journalism and media graduate, he enjoys spending time with his family, along with writing, playing hockey and working on and writing about cars.
