Matt Fleming and Randy Jamison
Biesse America and Biesse Canada hs announced the appointment of Randy Jamison and Matt Fleming to the newly created role of chief commercial officer.
Jamison will be responsible for the development of the commercial strategy for the wood and advanced materials divisions in the United States and glass, stone and tooling divisions in the United States and Canada.
Fleming will develop the commercial strategy for the wood and advanced materials divisions in Canada.
They will oversee all sales, sales intelligence and marketing activities for their respective territories, analyzing results to develop the best and most effective commercial strategy, establishing realistic and meaningful KPIs.
They will provide leadership, guidance and support to all managers and employees under their direct responsibility in the commercial department to ensure all goals are achieved.
In their new roles as CCOs, Fleming and Jamison will work together with Niki Kaltsounis-Kampiziones, the North America COO (chief operations officer), reporting directly to the Biesse America and Canada CEO Federico Broccoli, leading sales and operations in the continued success of their two strategic subsidiaries in North America.
